The Convention Centre is located in the Casa de Campo Trade Fair Park and next to Madrid Río Park, the best possible venue for trade fairs, professional shows, exhibitions, meetings and product presentations.

Located at the westernmost entrance to the complex and managed by the municipal company Madrid Destino, this building contains a ground floor and an upper floor which together offer 2,886 square metres of usable floor space.

Architects Jaime Ruiz and Francisco Cabrero designed the Convention Centre, which was built in 1953.  During 2019 and 2020, structural rehabilitation works were carried out on the building and the main entrance canopy was rebuilt. The main facilities were also refurbished and upgraded.

Easily accessible by public transport - the centre is close to the Alto de Extremadura underground station - and connected to other districts of the city by several EMT bus lines, it has parking spaces nearby.

The 3rd Patchwork Fair, the DiveroSenior Fair and the Exhibition and Forum of Installation and Distribution Companies of the Community of Madrid (EFICAM) are some of the business events that have taken place in the recently renovated Convention Centre.
