Madrionetas Festival. The Art of Puppetry.

Fernán Gómez - Centro Cultural de la Villa presents a puppet and marionette festival that will be held on its premises: Madrionetas, an in-house festival devoted to the art of puppetry, aims to provide an overview –necessarily incomplete– of the current puppetry scene in Spain, with an initial selection of 14 shows rounded out by a large free exhibition that traces the evolution of puppets in our country since the 1960s.
