The 38th edition of the Coeliac Festival will be held on 17 December at the Casa de Campo Trade Fair Park Convention Centre, bringing together restaurants, shops and brands at this gluten-free culinary event. Organised by the Coeliac Disease & Gluten Sensitivity Association of Madrid, the fair is a meeting point for the exchange of expert knowledge.
