Madrid Tourism Report. 2022
Tourism is one of Madrid’s main economic drivers. After almost three years of disruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this industry is back on track to grow and is close to the historic figures of 2019, a year that marked a milestone for tourism in the city. This 2022 Report is a reflection of the path toward expansion we have embarked on, but, at the same time, it aims to be a useful tool from which to draw many and varied conclusions that will help the sector and the Administrations to work with ambition and far-sightedness in order to make Madrid the best urban destination in the world.
