Faro de Moncloa
Madrid Destino also manages El Faro de Moncloa, a spectacular observation deck from which visitors can view important historic sites and monuments -such as the Royal Palace, La Almudena Cathedral, the Telefónica building in the avenue of Gran Vía and the Cuatro Torres skyscrapers- and admire the peaks of the Guadarrama mountains. The observation deck has a railing that displays information, providing an overview of the growth and evolution of the city over the course of its history. The Faro also offers an innovative new service: Faro Explorer, an augmented virtual reality tool that enables users to enjoy one of the best views of the city from a height of 92 metres, complete with spectacular close-ups and relevant information on the capital’s most unique buildings, in addition to other features.
