This cultural centre in the district of Retiro hosts all sorts of cultural and social activities. Refurbished in 2015, it has an area of 6,800 square metres and boasts two theatre halls, one with an Italian layout and another with a cruciform layout that can be configured in a range of ways. It also has various multipurpose spaces, common areas and storage rooms.
The cultural centre is housed in a former industrial warehouse which belonged to the old Daoíz and Velarde barracks.
